Since joining Treadwell in 2022, Robert has excelled in his role, embracing the challenges and opportunities presented by Apricot. His extensive subject matter expertise and commitment to helping nonprofits leverage data effectively make him an invaluable asset to the team. He approaches each implementation as a puzzle, translating Apricot’s capabilities into tailored tools for the programs it serves.

He has received recognition for his contributions, including the New York City Anti-Violence Project Community Hero Award and a position on the New York State HIV Advisory Body Board. Additionally, he is a Co-Founder and Board Member of NYC Gaymers.

Outside of work, Robert is passionate about volunteering, entertaining, karaoke, cooking, knitting, and event planning. He often finds himself in the role of the go-to person for answers—self-described as a “know-it-all.” A coffee enthusiast, he is dedicated to causes related to LGBTQIA+ rights, HIV prevention, and sex education.
In his downtime, you might find Robert watching shows like The West Wing, The Blacklist, and Steel Magnolias. While he doesn’t have pets, he enjoys watching funny cat videos on TikTok. His comfort food of choice is Yodels, and he loves playing Scattergories. If he could choose a superpower, it would be the ability to fly, although he feels he already possesses a superpower in simplifying complex concepts for others.
