Tami Robinson joined Treadwell in 2022, bringing with her 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of services including pregnancy support, childcare, education (from early childhood to adult learning), youth development, case management, parent enrichment, job readiness, foster care/adoption, and mental/behavioral counseling. Her journey into data management began when she transitioned to managing ETO and later Apricot databases for these various programs. With experience using ETO since 2012 and Apricot since 2021, Tami is proficient in Results reporting, providing essential data for state and federal funders. Her commitment to excellence is highlighted by her status as an Apricot and ETO Certified consultant.
One of Tami’s favorite features in Apricot is linking, while she enjoys Dashboard Messages in ETO. In both systems, she appreciates the flexibility and depth of Results Reporting. These tools enable her to create impactful solutions tailored to the needs of her clients.
Tami’s problem-solving approach is rooted in trial and error, embracing a hands-on and iterative process to find the best solutions. This mindset has served her well as she tackles complex challenges and adapts to new situations with resilience.
Outside of her professional life, Tami is a passionate Harry Potter fan, enjoys spending quality time with her son and family, and is an avid reader and book collector. She loves playing board, video, and card games, and indulges in various crafts. Growing up, Tami aspired to be a teacher, and while her path took her in a different direction, her commitment to helping others learn and succeed has remained constant.
Tami is a loyal Coca-Cola drinker and finds inspiration in Project Semicolon, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Her favorite movie is Labyrinth, and she enjoys listening to all music genres. Though she doesn’t have pets at the moment, she hopes to have a Schnauzer or a Pit Bull someday. Her go-to comfort food is fries, and she supports the San Francisco 49ers.
If she could have any superpower, Tami would choose magic, which aligns perfectly with her love for all things Harry Potter. Her favorite games include Concept (board), Unstable Unicorns (card), and Hogwarts Legacy (pc).
Tami’s extensive background in nonprofit services, deep expertise in data management systems, and dedication to helping organizations maximize their potential make her an invaluable member of the Treadwell team.
