What kind of automations do you do?

We automate a wide range of nonprofit workflows: everything from simple form submissions and file uploads to complex, multi-system API integrations. Common use cases include:

  • 3rd Party Intake forms to Apricot/ETO (via Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
  • Data syncing between Apricot/ETO and other platforms (like SharePoint, Outlook, ClickSend)
  • Scheduled imports and exports via SFTP
  • Smart buttons that trigger alerts or auto-fill records
What if I only need a simple fix, like auto-uploading files?

Yes, definitely. Our priority is to get you the most value for the lowest cost.  We build small, high-impact automations every day.

Can I get help even if I’m not tech-savvy?

Yes. We meet you and your organization where you’re at.  If you’re savvy, we’ll make you a pro.  If you need guidance and support, we’ll translate the tech and guide you through every step, and build everything for you.

How long do automation builds take?

Anywhere from 1 day to 16 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll give you a timeline upfront.

What does it cost?

This is a big question.  Our smallest and simplest automations can be less than $2,000.  Some of the most complex would rival the cost of a sports car.  But our goal is to find the right solution for you to maximize the value for you and your team.  

We offer various options: Rapid Impact connectors for Apricot in Zapier and Wokrato (fast, low-cost) and custom automations for both Apricot and ETO (flexible, deeper). You choose what fits your needs.

What’s your process like?

Discovery > Build > Test > Launch > Support. We stay with you the whole way, and we can be there to keep things running smoothly long term.

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

Generally, we work with organizations that use Bonterra’s Case Management products, ETO and Apricot.  If you are a nonprofit working with: youth, housing, DV shelters, workforce, justice systems, health, and or any other reason, we can help you integrate/automate your data to and from ETO and/or Apricot (and between!)..

Can you help us figure out what to automate?

Yes. Our automation discovery package is just right for you!  We will help you identify bottlenecks and suggest high-impact automations based on your goals and tools.

Do we need to install anything?

Usually no, but you may need to purchase additional licenses for online tools to host/orchestrate your automation, like Power Automate or Zapier.  These platforms serve as the backbone of your automation, managing the workflows and actions that carry out your integrations.

What makes you different from internal IT or consultants?
