ane Hautzinger joined Treadwell in 2017 as a contractor and transitioned to a full-time employee in 2022. With over a decade of experience in utilizing ETO software, Jane brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Her journey began in 2007, initially working with Social Solutions before joining Treadwell. Jane’s proficiency spans ETO program discovery, configuration, Alerts, Workflows, and Connect functionalities.
Beyond her technical skills, Jane has made significant contributions to the nonprofit sector. Notably, she collaborated with the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) to establish the state’s first secure online database for Protection from Abuse Orders. Moreover, her involvement in the criminal justice realm includes engagements with Inmate Education and Inmate Work Release facilities.
Career highlights showcase Jane’s commitment to excellence. She served as a Committee member for the Full Faith and Credit Steering Committee of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, advising on technology for the Effective Issuance and Enforcement of Protection Orders. Additionally, Jane was recognized as Employee of the Year at Social Solutions.
Jane’s favorite aspect of ETO lies in its capacity for organizational data discovery and customization. She derives satisfaction from designing software and dashboards that inspire enthusiasm among staff, rather than apprehension.
Outside of work, Jane finds joy in spending time with her Shih Tzu, Winnie, and French Bulldog, Moxie. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and indulging in toasted onion bagels with chive/onion cream cheese and tomato slices.
In problem-solving, Jane champions a collaborative approach, valuing input from all stakeholders to devise optimal solutions. She believes in empowering clients by involving them in the decision-making process.
With a penchant for Fleetwood Mac and a love for Dominos – Chicken Foot, Jane embodies a dynamic blend of professionalism and personal interests. Residing in Western NY’s snow country with her partner and beloved pets, Jane continues to enrich our team with her passion and expertise.
