THE CHALLENGE
As a newly established organization, HER Campaign faced the challenge of operationalizing their mission efficiently. To support their residential care efforts, they required a case management platform that would boost internal communication, streamline intake and discharge processes, and allow staff to confidently manage systems from the ground up. Additionally, tracking and reporting key metrics for grant applications was vital for securing funding and demonstrating their impact.
THE SOLUTION
HER Campaign partnered with Treadwell to tackle these challenges head-on. Over a 12-week period, Treadwell collaborated closely with their team to customize Apricot, ensuring it matched the organization’s specific needs. Together, they developed a seamless system to streamline intake and discharge processes, enhance data management, and strengthen staff communication. To further support their goals, Treadwell implemented the Apricot Connect Portal to simplify information gathering from Volunteer Placement families during training.
Alongside these developments, staff participated in weekly, hands-on training which provided valuable opportunities to practice, ask questions, and refine their skills. Throughout this process, the platform evolved based on frequent feedback, allowing it to scale alongside the organization’s growth.
