Ben Greenberg joined Treadwell in 2021 and now brings over five years of ETO and Results Reporting experience to the team.
Ben’s journey into nonprofit work began early, volunteering at his mother’s nonprofit in mid-Michigan as a child. Years later, he went on to co-found a music and arts non-profit in Detroit, working alongside community-based organizations to introduce more children to an arts education, and eventually transitioning that nonprofit to sustainability.
He has also spent two years as a high-school English teacher in a rural Title I public school, before working as an Outcomes Analyst at a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of abused children. In that role, he developed data-driven processes to improve how incoming reports of child abuse are coordinated by nonprofits. He presented his findings at two national conferences. This diverse background is his why he is dedicated to magnifying nonprofits’ impact on the lives of children, families, and communities.
With a passion for Results Reporting in ETO, Ben enjoys using data to drive positive outcomes. His problem-solving approach starts with listening to understand the “why” behind a problem. From there, he works with each client’s unique challenge to identify root causes, diagram existing processes as needed, visualize new goals, trial solutions, and continuously collect feedback for improvement.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid backpacker, skier, trail runner, home-roasting coffee enthusiast, and drummer (he once aspired to be a professional snare drummer, but the job market is extraordinarily small). To relax, he enjoys watching “White Lotus”, listening to Sid Sriram, and laying on the beach. He is also a massive Michigan Football fan and continues to relish their recent national championship.
Ben is deeply passionate about child abuse prevention and youth education, particularly organizations focused on the arts. His background in data analysis and education, combined with his dedication to nonprofit work, make him a valuable asset to the Treadwell team.
