Kyle Abel joined Treadwell in 2025 as the Community Engagement Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from both public education and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Treadwell, Kyle worked at Bonterra, where he specialized in Apricot, helping organizations transform their data into impactful outcome stories. His professional background is centered on value-driven, relationship-focused selling that emphasizes the real-world impact.
Kyle is passionate about the intersection of data and storytelling, with a particular focus on how to effectively capture services and report outcomes that matter. During free time, Kyle enjoys cycling, fishing, camping, and anything outdoors.
Originally aspiring to be an ER doctor, Kyle followed his family’s legacy in career education. He loves coffee and tea and has a deep commitment to causes that benefit humanity and animal welfare. Kyle’s approach to problem-solving is systematic, starting with a clear understanding of the problem and desired outcomes before building a path to resolution.
An avid fan of National Geographic shows and a lover of senior dogs, Kyle enjoys home-cooked chicken noodle soup as his comfort food. He dreams of having the ability to teleport anywhere in the world and is well on his way to completing his goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states. When he’s not exploring the outdoors, Kyle can often be found enjoying quiet time at home working on various projects or simply enjoying down time.
