Ananya joined Treadwell in 2026 as a Project Manager, bringing experience leading cross-functional initiatives across nonprofit, network security, healthcare insurance, and AI governance and compliance organizations. She is passionate about building collaborative partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering successful outcomes through effective project planning, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and thoughtful communication.

One of the experiences closest to Ananya’s heart has been co-founding a nonprofit initiative that empowers small business owners by creating accessible virtual resources for them and equipping them with the skills and education to sustain their businesses online. She enjoys working on projects that create a lasting, positive impact for both organizations and the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Ananya lives in sunny California with her beloved rescue cats. She enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and unwinding with a good movie or TV show in her free time.
