What’s included in flexible support?

Flexible hours you can use for troubleshooting, training, reporting, or general consulting.

Who provides the support?

You’ll have a dedicated consultant backed by Treadwell’s full team of Apricot and ETO specialists. Your consultant can also act as your Apricot or ETO primary or backup administrator. 

How do monthly, quarterly, and annual packages compare?

Monthly offers the most predictable support at the best rate. Quarterly or annual terms provide added flexibility if your needs vary through the year. You can renew at any time or lock in your rate with a multi-year agreement for long-term stability.

 
 
Is Results Reporting included?

Yes. Results Reporting configuration and maintenance are part of your support hours.
