Bill Gleason

Bill Gleason joined Treadwell in 2024, bringing several years of experience in building meaningful connections and fostering collaboration. With many years of percussion performance and teaching percussion, Bill’s journey to Treadwell was shaped by his passion for creating strong communities—both in music and beyond. His expertise in project coordination and his results-oriented mindset allow him to break down complex challenges into manageable steps, all while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged along the way.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys exploring small Lake Michigan beach towns and their restaurants with his wife, relaxing on the beach, and attending live music events. He’s also an avid golfer, fisherman, Green Bay Packers and Michigan football and basketball fan.

Bill and his wife have three adult children and are dog parents to Clare, their 11-year-old Cocker Spaniel, whom he calls “the world’s best dog.” Bill is thrilled to be part of Treadwell’s team and is excited to contribute to projects that improve how organizations support their clients. His enthusiasm for teamwork, combined with his wealth of experience, makes him an integral part of the Treadwell family.
